Vertical Air-floating Fine Boring Machine
Description
Vertical Air-floating Fine Boring Machine TB8016 is mainly used for reboring single line cylinders and V-engine cylinders of automobiles motor cycles and tractors and also for other machine element holes.
The frame enjoys high boring and locating accuracy. Therefore for vertical Air-floating Fine Boring Machine, it is recommended that: (1) hang the shaft vertically when it is no used so as to avoid bending or deformation; (2) keep the surface of V-form base and four angle surfaces clean and clear without damage; (3) protect with anti-corrosion oil or paper when it will not be used for a long time to that the V-form boring frame can maintain its ex-factory accuracy.
Driving System
The machine tools is driven by the motor M, and motive power is transmitted via coupling to the gear box to achieve the functions the functions of main drive, feed drive and fast withdrawal.
Use and Charad Teristics for V-Form Boring Frame
The frame has two different degrees, that is, 45°and 30°.It is capable of boring 90°and 120°V-form cylinders, is has the characteristics of high accuracy, fast location, convenient and simple operation.
Lubrication
Different lubricating modes are adopted for lubricating the machine tool, i.e. oil sump, oil injection, oil filling and oil seepage. The driving gears under the motor are lubricated by oil sump. When adding lube oil (the oil must have been filtered). Screw off the plug screw on the side door of machine frame and pour the oil into the screw hole until the oil level comes up to the red line as viewed from the right sight glass.
Pressure type oil filling cups are adopted to lubricate the sliding bearings in the middle portion. All rolling bearing and worm gears are filled up with grease, which must be changed regularly. Lube oil must be applied to the boring rod. Lead screw and driving rod.
Note Machine oil L-HL32 is used for oil sump, Oil cup, during rod and lead screw while #210 lithium-base grease is used for rolling bearing and worm gear.
