Application
Cylinder Honing Machine 3MB9817 is mainly used in honing process of honed cylinders for mobiles, motorcycles and tractors, and is also suitable for honing process of hole diameters of other parts if some jigs are installed on the machine.
Main Components of the Machine Body
Bottom of the body is a tray-style cooling oil tank (31), in which there is an iron scrap tray (32), frame (8) is located at its upper part and the frame is connected with machine body via guide sleeve (5) and cylindrical rail (24). Motion hand-wheel (13) is located at front part of the machine, by with the frame and the key machine (9) can be moved vertically along with cylindrical rail. Cooling oil pump (15) that provides cooling liquid is installed inside of the machine body. There is an anti-water (2) that can be moved upward and downward, at its left side there is a feeding rack (6) for placing various accessories and at its right side there is a gauge rack (26) for placing internal diameter bar-gauge.
