Feature
After the engine has worked for several thousand miles,under the alternating effect of the coolness and heat,the engine block will distort or deform,which will cause the deformation of the straightness of the main bearing bores,so that this distortion is compensated to some extent.However,when replacing it with a new crankshaft,the main bearing bore has been deformed actually,Although this deformation is slight,this distortion will lead to very severe and rapid wear to the new crankshaft.
A horizontal honing machine machine makes it easy for quick processing and restoration of the main bearing bores without wasting wasting more time for checking of the diameter of each bore,in order to decide if it needs to be fixed,it can make the main bearing bore of each cylinder reach the original tolerances in terms of straightness and dimensions.
