AMCO Portable Cylinder Boring Machine
Description
SBM100 cylinder boring machine is mainly suitable for motorcycle, tractor, air compressor and other cylinder body maintenance boring machine, if the appropriate fixture can also process other mechanical parts, simple and convenient operation.
Main Components
1. Outside view of the machine, as shown above .
2 .Main components of the machine: (1) base; (2) worktable (including clamping mechanism); (3) power unit; (4) boring bar spindle; (5) special micrometer; (6) accessories.
2.1 Base: It is a toolbox for storing tools and accessories. It can also be used for fixing the worktable (containing components 2, 3 and 4). With 4 Φ 12 mm holes for anchor bolts, it is used for fixing the whole machine.
2.2 Worktable: It is used for clamping workpieces. It contains a worktable and a clamping device.
2.3 Power unit：It contains the motor and gears, to transmit power to the spindle and boring head to perform cutting operation.
2.4 Boring bar spindle: As the critical part of the machine, the boring bar spindle contains the centering device and boring cutter bars to perform cutting operation.
2.5 Special micrometer: It is used to measure cutter dimensions in boring operation.
2.6 Accessories: Composed of heel blocks, V-shaped backing plates, square shafts and quincunx handles. They are used to make it easier to clamp various cylinder parts of motorcycles, tractors and air compressors onto the machine to perform highly-efficient boring operation.
