Description
The TF8015 CNC boring machine is a kind of special designed for boring engine cylinder hole with CNC control, floating, self-centering, high precision, high speed and efficiency machine.
The machine is designed with KND KOS-C control system. Operator can move spindle with electronic hand wheel easy for knife setting and fine tuning. The throw away chip is selected for high speed cutting. The boring shank is designed with auto centering and tip fine mechanism. The spindle motor is variable frequency motor. The servo motor is used for feed cutting. The machine is easy for operating and care and maintenance. It is suitable for engine repair and remanufacturing.
The special fixture of the machine can be used for boring no more than one meter long connecting rod.The CNC boring machine obtained three national patents and in a leading position in China.
